Terms of Service

FinfluencerTracker organizes public creator content and presents classifications, analytics, simulated portfolios, backtests, and research tools. Features and data coverage may change as the service develops.

You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account and payment information.

The service is for research, education, and reference only. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Simulated portfolios and backtests are models, not a creator’s actual brokerage account, holdings, or realized return. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and losses.

Paid access belongs to the signed-in account used at checkout. You may not share, transfer, resell, or commercially exploit an account or its access. Keep your login secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may limit or suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, unlawful use, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, or material breach of these Terms.

Stripe monthly access is a $10 recurring monthly subscription. Stripe annual access is a $100 recurring annual subscription. Each renews automatically until canceled through the billing portal.

Alipay monthly access is a one-time ¥72 payment for 30 days. Alipay annual access is a one-time ¥720 payment for 365 days. Alipay purchases do not renew automatically; a new payment is required after access expires.

Access begins after the payment provider confirms payment. Prices, taxes, promotions, and available payment methods may change for future purchases. Existing verified lifetime purchasers keep the lifetime access originally granted to their account; lifetime access is no longer offered for sale and cannot be transferred.

Canceling a Stripe subscription stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

You may use the service for personal, internal research. You may not copy, scrape, bulk download, republish, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site, its data, or its access controls.

FinfluencerTracker and its original software, design, organization, and analysis remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The service, data, classifications, and analytics are provided “as is” and “as available.” Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revised date will appear here. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
